In our last meeting, we did the introduction of Istiadha by the definition and form, and today, shall be looking at mode of Istiadha and how to join Istiadha with Basmala and The first verse of the next Surah.

3. اوجه الاستعاذة:Forms , mode, ways or *expressions in saying the Istiadha, its either you do it at the beginning of a surah or not at the beginning of a Surah. But all of them come with a specific form
- Saying the Istiadha at the beginning: when saying the istiadha at the beginnings of a suurah except Tauba(chapter 9), there are 4 forms;
- أ-قطع الجميع(separating the Istiadha from the Basmala, and the Basmala from The First verse)
- ب-وصل الجميع(joining the istiadha with the basmala, and the basmala with the first verse of the next suurah) With one breath
- ج-وصل الأول بالثاني و قطع الثالث(joining the istiadha with the Basmala, and separating the first verse of the next surah)
- د- قطع الأول، ووصل الثاني بالثالث (separating the Istiadha and joining the Basmala and the first verse if the next suurah)
أ-قطع الجميع(separating the Istiadha from the Basmala, and the Basmala from The First verse)

ب-وصل الجميع(joining the istiadha with the basmala, and the basmala with the first verse of the next suurah)
ج-وصل الأول بالثاني و قطع الثالث(joining the istiadha with the Basmala, and separating
the fisrt verse of the next verve)
د- قطع الأول، ووصل الثاني بالثالث (separating the Istiadha and joining the
Basmala and the first verse if the next suurah. *Note*:when you are starting Suurah Tauba, you have 2 ways,
1. stop at the istiadha
2. starting with the first verse
When starting the recitation at a verse other than the first verse of the surah.
