 THE ISLAMIC WAY OF LIFE

 In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

 

We start by seeking protection and guidance of Allah against Shaytan. All Thanks and Praises are for Allah, May His blessings be upon Mohammad IbnAbduLlah (SWA) his household, companions and all true Muslims. My honored brothers and sistersAssalaamualaikumWarahmatu-Llahiwabarakatuh

 

THE TOPIC ISLAMIC WAY OF LIFE:

generally any action or manner a man chooses to live is a way of life, be it good or bad and either by a Christian, Jew or Muslim etc. Hence there exist uncountable modes of life, trust me all of those are wrong, deviated, astrayed and unsuccessful except one, and that is the "ISLAMIC WAY OF LIFE "

 

Surah Al-Maeda, Verse 3:

حُرِّمَتْعَلَيْكُمُالْمَيْتَةُوَالدَّمُوَلَحْمُالْخِنزِيرِوَمَاأُهِلَّلِغَيْرِاللَّهِبِهِوَالْمُنْخَنِقَةُوَالْمَوْقُوذَةُوَالْمُتَرَدِّيَةُوَالنَّطِيحَةُوَمَاأَكَلَالسَّبُعُإِلَّامَاذَكَّيْتُمْوَمَاذُبِحَعَلَىالنُّصُبِوَأَنتَسْتَقْسِمُوابِالْأَزْلَامِذَٰلِكُمْفِسْقٌالْيَوْمَيَئِسَالَّذِينَكَفَرُوامِندِينِكُمْفَلَاتَخْشَوْهُمْوَاخْشَوْنِالْيَوْمَأَكْمَلْتُلَكُمْدِينَكُمْوَأَتْمَمْتُعَلَيْكُمْنِعْمَتِيوَرَضِيتُلَكُمُالْإِسْلَامَدِينًافَمَنِاضْطُرَّفِيمَخْمَصَةٍغَيْرَمُتَجَانِفٍلِّإِثْمٍفَإِنَّاللَّهَغَفُورٌرَّحِيمٌ

 

Forbidden to you is that which dies of itself, and blood, and flesh of swine, and that on which any other name than that of Allah has been invoked, and the strangled (animal) and that beaten to death, and that killed by a fall and that killed by being smitten with the horn, and that which wild beasts have eaten, except what you slaughter, and what is sacrificed on stones set up (for idols) and that you divide by the arrows; that is a transgression. This day have those who disbelieve despaired of your religion, so fear them not, and fear Me. This day have I perfected for you your religion and completed My favor on you and chosen for you Islam as a religion; but whoever is compelled by hunger, not inclining willfully to sin, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

 

Surah Al-Ahzab, Verse 21:

لَّقَدْكَانَلَكُمْفِيرَسُولِاللَّهِأُسْوَةٌحَسَنَةٌلِّمَنكَانَيَرْجُواللَّهَوَالْيَوْمَالْآخِرَوَذَكَرَاللَّهَكَثِيرًا

 

Certainly you have in the Apostle of Allah an excellent exemplar for him who hopes in Allah and the latter day and remembers Allah much.

Islam is the only basic, complete and perfect mode of life, teaching moral principles to a person. The textual evidence for Islamic mode of life is the QURAN and the the practicality is the tradition of Mohammad IbnAbduLlah (SAW)  .

 

6. Allah Confirming the excellent life His Messenger has lived, and that is enough to excite us to take him as our role model and scare us from taking Musician (Shatta, Sarkodie, lilwayn, beyoncyetc), actors (Major, D Melo, Nadia, Vivian, Nana), footballers (Mess, Ronaldo, etc), scientist (Aristotle, Newton, Rutherford etc) and politician (President Mahama, Ado, Kufuo, Mills ,Obama, Theresa May etc) as our role models.

7.A man asked the Prophet (SWA) "when will the Hour be established O Allah's Apostle? The Prophet (SWA) said "what have you prepared for it"? The man said "I haven't prepared for it much of prayer or fast or alms, but I LOVE ALLAH AND HIS APOSTLE ' The Prophet (SWA) said "YOU WILL BE WITH THOSE WHOM YOU LOVE"

 

Who do you love?

Allah and His Messenger?

If yes Alhamdulillah.

 

Respected Colleagues let's live with the orders of Allah  and His Apostle in order to attain full success in this world and the hereafter.   HOW?

1.To have a pure and complete believe in Allah and avoid completely all false dieties such as idols, Pastors, Mallams who practice sihir (malamGboka)  and men who claim power etc

 

Surah Al-Fatiha, Verse 5:

إِيَّاكَنَعْبُدُوَإِيَّاكَنَسْتَعِينُ

 

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help.

Surah Al-Baqara, Verse 165:

وَمِنَالنَّاسِمَنيَتَّخِذُمِندُونِاللَّهِأَندَادًايُحِبُّونَهُمْكَحُبِّاللَّهِوَالَّذِينَآمَنُواأَشَدُّحُبًّالِّلَّهِوَلَوْيَرَىالَّذِينَظَلَمُواإِذْيَرَوْنَالْعَذَابَأَنَّالْقُوَّةَلِلَّهِجَمِيعًاوَأَنَّاللَّهَشَدِيدُالْعَذَابِ

 

And there are some among men who take for themselves objects of worship besides Allah, whom they love as they love Allah, and those who believe are stronger in love for Allah and O, that those who are unjust had seen, when they see the chastisement, that the power is wholly Allah's and that Allah is severe in requiting (evil).

2.Steadfastness :As Muslims we have to bear patience in what ever works we are doing. Persevere over your canal desire,illegal source of money (Fraud, stealing etc) and be patient when serving your Lord. Don't be in hast, In Shaa Allah, success is for us in both worlds.

Surah Al-Qasas, Verse 54:

أُولَٰئِكَيُؤْتَوْنَأَجْرَهُممَّرَّتَيْنِبِمَاصَبَرُواوَيَدْرَءُونَبِالْحَسَنَةِالسَّيِّئَةَوَمِمَّارَزَقْنَاهُمْيُنفِقُونَ

 

These shall be granted their reward twice, because they are steadfast and they repel evil with good and spend out of what We have given them.

 

Surah Aal-e-Imran, Verse 200:

يَاأَيُّهَاالَّذِينَآمَنُوااصْبِرُواوَصَابِرُواوَرَابِطُواوَاتَّقُوااللَّهَلَعَلَّكُمْتُفْلِحُونَ

 

O you who believe! be patient and excel in patience and remain steadfast, and be careful of (your duty to) Allah, that you may be successful.

3.Be kind, good and nice to others which will serve as a means to motivate and

increase the love of Islam into the heart of weak Muslims and also invite people of different religions to Islam. Today majority of rich, strong and renowned Muslims are behaving contrary by making life comfortable at the expense of other people.

Surah Al-Qasas, Verse 77:

وَابْتَغِفِيمَاآتَاكَاللَّهُالدَّارَالْآخِرَةَوَلَاتَنسَنَصِيبَكَمِنَالدُّنْيَاوَأَحْسِنكَمَاأَحْسَنَاللَّهُإِلَيْكَوَلَاتَبْغِالْفَسَادَفِيالْأَرْضِإِنَّاللَّهَلَايُحِبُّالْمُفْسِدِينَ

 

And seek by means of what Allah has given you the future abode, and do not neglect your portion of this world, and do good (to others) as Allah has done good to you, and do not seek to make mischief in the land, surely Allah does not love the mischief-makers.

We can't finish the topic, so I entreat brothers and sisters to visit the rich life history of our noble master Mohammad ibnAbduLlah (SWA).

To finish with the last point...

Surah Luqman, Verse 27:

وَلَوْأَنَّمَافِيالْأَرْضِمِنشَجَرَةٍأَقْلَامٌوَالْبَحْرُيَمُدُّهُمِنبَعْدِهِسَبْعَةُأَبْحُرٍمَّانَفِدَتْكَلِمَاتُاللَّهِإِنَّاللَّهَعَزِيزٌحَكِيمٌ

 

And were every tree that is in the earth (made into) pens and the sea (to supply it with ink), with seven more seas to increase it, the words of Allah would not come to an end; surely Allah is Mighty, Wise.

4.Marriage ,a strong sunnah and the only permanent solution to illicit relationship. Brothers and sisters let's be in a hast to marry, I personally believe that "every unmarried person is an HIV patient 😊"  and "anybody who is into illicit relationship is almost dead out of HIV" Today Muslims have forsaking or delayed this natural mode of life all because of education, dating, westen culture, I need this and that, I need a rich man,i have to be completely settled ,I need a Virgin, etc at the expense of death. Hmm! Oh Yaa Allah forgive us and let us marry before our death. Amen😭

Colleagues brothers let spread out to work and stop blaming sisters of huge lefe or free nikah, provide what you can afford. Lovely and eman rooted sisters please ease yourself for us like the price of "water" and In Shaa Allah we shall value you like heaven gold forever. May Allah forgive us and grant us good companion😍. 🙏

Surah Ar-Room, Verse 21:

وَمِنْآيَاتِهِأَنْخَلَقَلَكُممِّنْأَنفُسِكُمْأَزْوَاجًالِّتَسْكُنُواإِلَيْهَاوَجَعَلَبَيْنَكُممَّوَدَّةًوَرَحْمَةًإِنَّفِيذَٰلِكَلَآيَاتٍلِّقَوْمٍيَتَفَكَّرُونَ

 

And one of His signs is that He created mates for you from yourselves that you may find rest in them, and He put between you love and compassion; most surely there are signs in this for a people who reflect.

Surah As-Saaffat, Verse 180:

سُبْحَانَرَبِّكَرَبِّالْعِزَّةِعَمَّايَصِفُونَ

 

Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Honor, above what they describe.

Surah As-Saaffat, Verse 181:

وَسَلَامٌعَلَىالْمُرْسَلِينَ

 

And peace be on the apostles.

Surah As-Saaffat, Verse 182:

وَالْحَمْدُلِلَّهِرَبِّالْعَالَمِينَ

 

And all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

May Allah forgive us and help us live with the Quran and the Tradition of Mohammad ibnAbduLlah (SWA).
